Soda Feldspar – High / Medium Soda content, high purity
Soda feldspar, a crucial aluminosilicate mineral, is essential raw material for numerous industries, particularly ceramics and glass manufacturing. Also known as albite, it is a sodium-rich feldspar mineral. Its primary role is as a fluxing agent, reducing the melting point of other materials in ceramic and glass production.
We have mining and supply capacity of more than 5,000 metric tonnes per month, of low, medium, high soda content.
Soda composition / content available:
- 7+ soda (Na2O) content
- 8+ soda (Na2O) content
- 9+ soda (Na2O) content
- 10+ soda (Na2O) content
- 11+ soda (Na2O) content
- 12+ soda (Na2O) content
Variants / Grade:
- High-Purity Soda Feldspar: Characterized by low iron content and high alkali content, ideal for high-quality ceramics and glass.
- Medium-Grade Soda Feldspar: Suitable for general ceramic and glass applications.
- Potassic feldspar: contains a blend of sodium and potassium, offering specific fluxing properties.
- White Soda Feldspar: highly desirable for applications requiring whiteness, such as porcelain and glass.
